Built around the interface.
Hubei Yanhong Robot Technology Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures robotic dresspack systems around the robot, cable bundle and process environment. TYSEM® is the brand used for the public system and document set.
Make the cable route part of the robot integration.
A dresspack is not a bag of wear parts. It is the interface between a moving robot, a cable bundle and a tool. The useful work happens when those three are reviewed together: the wrist rotation, the J3/J4 anchors, the bend radius, the service access and the environment.
TYSEM builds six architecture families, the moulded and hardware parts around them, and cable/hose assemblies for handling and spot-welding duties. The public model map connects those routes to common robot families; every project still requires a model-specific check.
A public map is only useful when the drawing catches up.
These numbers describe the public reference library, not a production capacity claim.

The public document shelf includes CE attestation, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and a RoHS report. The CE attestation is reference TTC-23-2604/01/01, valid to 2028-04-26. The RoHS report is SHA03-26091624-JC-01. Each PDF remains the controlled source for its scope.
Use the limitation with the number.
The corrugated-tube sample test is reported as a 5 million cycle bending/torsion test on a specified sample diameter, report ADTK20240624008F. It is not an assembly-level lifetime claim and should not be repeated without that scope.

A factory visit is most useful when it includes the actual interface question: the wrist, the tool, the cable bundle and the service access. Ask for a visit slot and tell us what you want to review.
Arrange a factory visitTalk to the interface team.
Tell us the robot, the tool and the part of the route that is not behaving.
