Make the route installable.
Engineering support for integrators and distributors: model-fit review, a defined drawing path, installation inputs and a service plan that matches the actual route.
From the first model check to the service list.
Use one track or all four. The boundary is explicit: public reference data starts the conversation; a controlled drawing closes it.
Model-fit review
Send the exact robot code, tool and wrist photos. We map the public reference, then identify the fixing points, bend-radius and clearance questions that still need an answer.
Custom design & drawing path
For non-standard wrists, changers and cable bundles, we define the interface concept, 3D/2D drawing scope, BOM and the inputs required before release.
Installation & commissioning guidance
The route is only complete when it can be installed and inspected. We prepare the installation basis, routing notes and a trial-fit checklist for the agreed scope.
Spares & lifecycle support
Wear sections, outer protection, fasteners and connector parts can be identified as service items. The actual spare-parts and warranty plan is set per project.
A clear hand-off at every step.
Send the robot and the failure.
Exact model, tool, cable/hose list, motion clip or photos, target market and drawing need.
Check the public reference.
We identify the closest model family, the likely series combination and the unknowns that block a drawing.
Agree the interface direction.
The output is a reference layout, a list of assumptions and a defined scope for the project-specific drawing.
Build the controlled set.
Drawing, BOM, installation note, inspection points and agreed wear-part list are released together.
Close the loop after installation.
Trial-fit findings, service access and wear observations are fed back into the next build or retrofit.
What you can forward onward.
English catalogues, public certificate files and anonymized records can be shared with your customer. Project drawings, BOMs and commercial terms stay controlled and are released only for the agreed opportunity.
Before you send the brief.
What do you need for a first review?
The exact robot model, tool or changer, the complete cable and hose bundle, wrist photos and the motion envelope. A current failure description is more useful than a catalogue request.
Can you work from photos alone?
Photos can identify likely interference and anchor points. A drawing release still needs the robot model, tool interface and full motion envelope.
Is installation support available outside China?
Remote review and installation guidance can be agreed for the project. Any on-site support, local partner or travel scope must be confirmed in the commercial agreement.
How are spare parts defined?
The service list is based on the actual route: outer protection, high-wear sections, fasteners and connector components. Quantities and warranty terms are set per project.
Can an existing line be retrofitted?
Yes, if the robot and tool can support the new route. Re-measure the fixing points and inspect the existing cable before reusing anchors.
Tell us what the current route cannot do.
Rubbing, twisting, spatter, a blocked tool change or a drawing that never reached installation — that is the useful starting point.
