A short, readable data note.
This note explains what the TYSEM English site collects when you send a project brief, why we use it and how to contact us about it. The localhost preview does not transmit form data; the production host sends the brief to the same-origin lead service.
The data controller is TYSEM.

What the project brief collects.
When the production form is enabled, the fields submitted include your name, work email, company, company type, project country, application, robot model, optional WhatsApp/phone and optional message. The form also records the page URL and your consent to the privacy note.
We use this information to respond to the inquiry, understand the robot and application context, prepare a reference direction and manage the resulting business conversation. We do not sell personal data or use inquiry details for unrelated advertising.
Why we process it.
We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where local law requires consent, the checkbox on the form provides that consent. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
How long we keep it.
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the last relevant contact, unless a longer period is required by law, an active contract or a dispute. Access is limited to TYSEM staff and service providers who need it to operate the site, email or customer relationship. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Hosting, email and CRM providers may process data on our behalf and may operate outside your country. Where required, we use contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.
Access, correction and deletion.
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Send requests to zhaoyichen@tysem.cn. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
One local preference, no tracking.
The cookie notice stores a single choice in local storage so that it does not appear again in the same browser. It is not used for advertising, analytics or cross-site profiling. Clearing browser data removes it. The robot selector runs from a local data file and does not call an external service.
