Product architecture

Six systems. One routing language.

The series number is not a product tier. It is a different answer to a different motion and protection problem. Start with the series boundary, then confirm the model, diameter and interface.

Series selection at a glance.

Check a robot model
SystemMotion / protection logicConduitCore materialWhen it is the starting point
Series 1 · Fixed mountFixed at both ends29 / 36 / 48 / 70 mmPA6 / PA12Series 1 is the clean starting point when the robot path is known and the bundle does not need a long stroke or rotation compensation.
Series 2 · Rotary bracket360° follow rotation29 / 36 / 48 / 70 mmPA12 + metal bracketSeries 2 is for repeated rotation, complex paths, stud welding, gluing and spraying. It is not the first choice for heavy spatter.
Series 3 · External springLarge adaptive stroke29 / 36 / 48 / 70 mmPA12 + springSeries 3 is for duties where length changes materially and the fixed point sees dynamic load.
Series 4 · U-channel barrelU-channel armor48 / 70 mmABS + springSeries 4 is a strong first review when slag and impact dominate. Confirm weight, centre of gravity and service access.
Series 5 · Telescopic bracketCompact storage48 / 70 mmTelescopic railSeries 5 helps when the route must absorb reach change without a large external spring envelope.
Series 6 · C-flangeBody-followingNo conduit diameterFire-resistant cloth + springSeries 6 is for projects where the route should hug the robot and tool changes are frequent.
Engineering note: diameter is selected from the completed cable and hose bundle, not from a single cable. The series may be combined when the duty spans rotation, spatter and reach change.
Need the boundary checked?

Send the robot and the bundle.

We can start from a model code, a cable list, a photo of the wrist or a motion clip. The first deliverable is a reference direction, not a generic kit.
