The robot model is only the first line.
The six inputs that decide whether a public reference can become a workable drawing.
Six inputs that change the dresspack route
A dresspack is an interface, so selecting it from a robot payload alone is not enough. The route has to survive the tool, the cable bundle, the motion and the maintenance method.
The useful inputs are: exact robot model; tool or changer and its full cycle; cable and hose bundle including minimum bend radius; complete motion envelope; dust, spatter, temperature and cleaning; and the service window.
If one input is missing, label it as an open question. Do not replace it with a catalogue assumption or a nearby project that looks similar.
The short version.
- Exact model and variant
- Tool and change cycle
- Bundle diameter and bend radius
- Full motion envelope
- Environment and cleaning
- Maintenance access
Before this becomes a project.
What is the minimum useful brief?
The exact robot code, tool, cable/hose list and motion envelope. Photos and a motion clip make the first review much faster.
Can a payload figure replace the model?
No. Payload is only one constraint; the wrist, anchors, tool and motion still determine the route.
Keep asking questions.
Bring the robot, the tool and the motion.
We will turn the note into the questions that actually block your drawing.
